When making the Garden Art I try to look at nature for inspiration. I also do my best to recycle as much as I can to make the items. The neat thing is that I can look at something in a junk yard and think I can make something cool with that and yet others would think no way. It is a lot of fun being creative and just letting the mind have fun now and then. As far as the saws go, I myself can not paint any designs or scenes using paint, so I got creative and wanted to have fun with words so I started cutting phrases into the saws and got an immediate and great response to doing that. My favorite ones to do are the special ordered ones. Reason being is that I am sure that there is a great story that goes with the special ordered statement and I love seeing the smile on my customers face when they see it for the first time and say, “it’s perfect”
